Job Description

Connections Education® is an accredited provider of high-quality, highly accountable virtual education solutions for students in grade K–12. This VO will be part of a multimedia training product to be included in our call center representative on-boarding. We are creating a pilot series of 5 simulated phone conversations that will represent customers from different states and ethnicities. Only need to read the "Customer" portions of the script.

Character Profile: Renee Mandel
Renee Mandel from Georgia, who sounds a bit frustrated, states her name and reason for calling. She has a student in 12th grade Charlie Mandel, who she is trying to get enrolled in school. She wants to know if we received the copy of her utility bill.
