We also proudly serve hundreds of small to medium sized businesses, including 4 of the top 5 8(a)s. These companies depend on INPUT because they trust us to deliver the right information at the right time.

This brief demo will introduce you to our Federal Vendor Profiles Subscription. In today’s government contracting marketplace, proper analysis of incumbents, prime- and sub-contractors is a key component of government business awards.

One poor decision in selecting a technology vendor to work with could cost precious time and money. How do you assess companies competing for government contracts? Do you know who their customers are? Do they have a set-aside status, and for how long? In which markets and agencies are they strongest? How do you find the right technology provider to help you succeed? INPUT’s Federal Vendor Profiles.

As you will see in the demonstration, INPUT’s Federal Vendor Profiles solution delivers detailed intelligence on thousands of vendors, with analysis by industry vertical, by government customer, and by industry labor rate benchmarking.

Assess competitive technology vendors and potential partners by quickly creating searches to provide comparable analysis and vendor lists using INPUT’s intuitive basic and advanced search screens. Tailor your searches by using more than 20 search criteria.

Easily use Federal Vendor Profiles new powerful Advanced Search to identify companies fitting your criteria. Looking for a small business under a certain NAICS code that has performed network services for the Air Force? Who can you call to initiate a discussion? Who will be the likely primes for a new operations & maintenance and systems integration effort for the Department of Agriculture in Louisiana? Which small business will those primes use in their subcontracting plan? What if the work will be set-aside? With INPUT’s Federal Vendor Profiles, find answers to these and many other vendor intelligence questions.

The data displayed in your search results can be customized, and then exported into Microsoft Excel for additional custom analysis.

When looking for small business partners, INPUT provides an enhanced search interface that offers you flexibility in finding the small business information you need. Using self-certifying data from the Central Contractor Registration’s Dynamic Small Business Search database, quickly identify small businesses by numerous criteria such as number of employees, annual revenue, nature of business, location, quality assurance standards, and certifications.

Similar to the search results in the Vendor profiles searches, you can customize your display, and export results into Microsoft Excel for further analysis. You can view the vendor details by accessing the small business report and then linking to the INPUT profile for qualifying vendors.

The INPUT Vendor profile report will give you the information you need when assessing similar vendors in the federal marketplace. On the summary page, you will see an overview of obligations made to the vendor over the past decade, as well as the latest news about the company. Government contracting decisions require fresh, up-to-date intelligence, and Federal Vendor Profiles delivers just that. Quick links will take you to the other sections of the profile report.

Analysis – INPUT’s Vendor profile solution can help you quickly assess company’s position in the federal marketplace. The analysis page provides information about the vendor’s top federal market verticals, top federal customers, the nature of the vendor’s business, how the vendor is winning the business, and top dollar-value contracts.

Key Contracts – Focus on the contracts that provide the foundation for the company’s federal business base. On INPUT’s key contacts page, you can review a vendor’s active contracts that were tracked by INPUT’s Federal Contract Opportunities analysts. These programs are organized by department and provide links to INPUT’s opportunity reports.

Labor Pricing- INPUT will benchmark the vendor’s average labor rates against the industry averages in categories such as network administrator or project manager. You can view detailed labor rate information through INPUT’s Federal Labor Pricing subscription.

Locations – Know where the company’s federal business is being completed and what location generate the highest federal revenue. INPUT’s Location page lists the vendor locations that have received federal obligations within the last four quarters.
