Job Description

We need a female French voice to translate and record a set of phrases and one story for a talking teddy bear toy. The challenge here is to match a preexisting female voice in English which is already programmed. Please visit www.smartebear.com and click on "Try Me" in order to hear the voice to be matched.

The idea is to create a seamlessly bilingual teddy bear. Although this current project involves roughly 3,000 words we would like to establish a long-term relationship so that we may contact you in the future when more material is added to the toy.

Script available in attachment by clicking the Download link. You will need to download the script if creating a custom demo.

Please note you are not expected to read the entire script and that it is provided so that you know what the project entails and are able to quote accurately.

Samples from attached script

1. "…squeeze my hand; to do something else, squeeze my foot"
2. "again?"
3. "Here we go!"
4. "okay, no more"
5. "to hear that again, squeeze my hand; to do something else, squeeze my foot"
6. "Hi, I'm smart-e-bear! Let's play!"
7. "Hi, I'm smart-e-cat! Let's play!"
8. "Hi, I'm smart-e-dog! Let's play!"
9. "To play simon says…"
10. "simon says…"
