Job Description

We are creating a short animation explaining some basic concepts about school reform in public schools.

The narrator should be casual, but authoritative, someone who sounds trustworthy. You should sound like a teacher, principal, or other school colleague.

Part of the script is reading comments to others so it's helpful if you can differentiate your voice a bit.

Sample Script:

Education should be something that you look forward to doing. When you get up in the morning, you should (say), “I’m going to learn something today.”
It shouldn’t be like, “I’m going to school and it’s going to be boring. I’m going to be in such and such class and he’s going to talk us to death.” It shouldn’t be like that.

So how can you tell which students are engaged in learning?

A learning organization is inclusive of all levels of learning.

STUDENT1: I am driven by rules.
STUDENT2: I am driven by shared beliefs, values, and commitments.
STUDENT1: I am brittle.
STUDENT2: I am flexible and responsive.
