I never like to leave the booth.
Voiceover has let me learn about history while narrating stories, teach kids about letters, words and language, solve riddles in a mysterious world and play audio dress-up whenever possible. Heck, some of my characters even scare me. My basic vocal tone is warm, articulate and mid-range. However, I've done work that not even my parents recognized.
I regularly deliver clean, high quality audio which exceeds expectations, on time and within budget. If it helps your workflow, I’m happy to connect with you remotely and look forward to being an essential part of your creative team.

Having recently completed a second successful client video using Jim Edgar as voiceover talent, I would like to offer my highest recommendation. In addition to having an appealing voice and being an incredibly quick study, Jim is a nice guy and a consummate professional. He arrived at our scheduled recording with a clear understanding of the script and tone we were looking for which allowed us to make the most of our session time. He easily adapted his delivery to our direction and cheerfully recorded multiple takes of a few specific scenes so we could have different intonations to choose from in post. It was a pleasure to work with Jim – his calm, easy-going manner and professionalism made for a smooth production from start to finish on both projects and I would hire him again without reservations!Autodesk
