I have a resonant voice that I am told is easy to listen to and understand, I can do many different accents, growing up in Hawaii I learned to speak "pidgin" so I could fit in , then at a childhood friends home I would hang around his Australian parents and go to their once a month " Ozzies of Hawaii" parties because I loved hearing the way they talked, I soon learned to imitate them and found I could pick up other accents as well. I can do a good job with most accents if I am able to work on it for a week or so before I have to do (record ) it.
I delivered singing telegrams in college for extra money and some songs had to be sung with an accent or it just didnt come off right. that was a good part of my income when I was 22-25 yrs old.
