I have spent 13 years being a freestyle MC (MC TALI) for the electronic dance genre known as Drum n Bass. I am internationally known (and awarded) as the most prolific Female MC to come out of this genre and spent 10 years living and working in the UK, as well as touring the world. With this job, I introduced all the DJs that were performing, and then free styled (a form of 'Rapping') and sang over the DJs while they mixed to thousands of people at a time. (because of this I still have a slight British lilt at times and find it easy to voice in a British accent)
As I became Internationally successful in this genre, I did a lot of TV and Radio interviews which is where I first became familiar with speaking and presenting in this way.
From this, I was asked to come and voice some intros for some of the Drum n Bass DJs that had radio shows up on BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 1Xtra.
I voiced intros, ads, and stings for Fabio and Grooverider, Bailey, Crissy Criss and more recently B Traits.
I was also commissioned to do some vocal stings as MC TALI for Activisions Highly successful video game 'DJ Hero'
I moved back to New Zealand in 2012 and through a friend I started doing some voice work for Auckland dance music station George FM, firstly voicing ads, then moving on to be given my own radio show (Saturday breakfast) and eventually being asked to become the corporate voice of the station in 2014.
I now also voice outside of George for commercials and narrations for voice agency 'Liana Piranha'

Also sensual and sophisticated for more high end products (High spec cars, beauty, fashion).

I also have an upbeat, youthful 'Urban' tone which is useful for voice overs to do with music, street fashion and culture.
