Dave was part of the Hollywood post-production community for 17 years as a sound designer, recordist and mixer... with odd voice over jobs thrown in. (Some were definitely odder than others!) He brings over 30 years of providing creative audio post production, sound design, effects editing, Foley recording, mixing and voice-overs for the motion picture, television and radio industries. In 2009, he completed sound design for the History Channel series “The Nostradamus Effect” and most recently, mixed the feature film documentary film “Runaway Slave.”

After a lengthy radio career spanning from Key West, Florida to Denver, Colorado - both behind the mic and in the production room - in 1991, Dave found a home at Catspaw Productions in Atlanta. It was there that he made the switch from the razor blade to the digital world. While there, he recorded, edited and mixed the “Dining Out" - American Express Card radio campaign for Ogilvy/Mather New York.
In April 1994, Dave found himself in Los Angeles producing more radio spots – this time on a national scale -- editing and mixing the national radio promo for the feature film “The Rock” for creative think-tank Aspect Ratio, and eventually becoming the staff promo and commercial mixer on the lot at FOX Studios.
Dave was the sound effects editor for the theatrical trailer for the film “Space Jam” and began work with Image Resources for an ABC Movie of the Week. At the same time, Image Resources Film and Video was posting the hit TV show “Air America” with Lorenzo Lamas, and they kept Dave on as lead sound effects editor, eventually tapping him as the Sound Supervisor, managing ADR and VO recording sessions with major actors.
Dave has over 30 years of audio content experience doing voice-over recording, sound design, sound effects editing, Foley/ADR recording and mixing for feature films, television shows and radio commercials. He uses ProTools, Rode NTK mics and FocusRite equipment and since May 2012 has been doing business as (Website hidden).
