If you ever listen to the BBC it's quite likely you'll have heard Dinah's voice. With nearly twenty years as a staff producer/presenter/reporter at BBC Radio and TV, she is highly experienced at writing and voicing a huge variety of scripts, often to very tight deadlines. She still presents and produces programmes for BBC Radio but now also works in a huge range of voiceover and scripting roles. Clients include charities, businesses and cultural institutions such as the National Trust's Hidcote Manor Garden and Bristol's The New Room Museum.
Dinah has around twenty years worth of BBC in-house training - including extensive voiceover training, scripting-writing and a huge amount of training on the job - voicing TV documentaries, on-camera reporting and presenting and producing, writing and recording multiple radio documentaries of all different kinds.

I have worked with Dinah over a period of twenty years, both at the BBC where she was a reporter in Political Documentaries and elsewhere and subsequently as a freelance producer/presenter and would recommend her without qualification.BBC
She expects to work hard and effectively until the job is done- and enjoys that challenge.
Her voice has a calm relaxing clarity to it, perhaps as a result of her musical background.
She is skilled at writing to picture and appreciates the need to marry words and picture to maximum effect. Her scripts are designed to add value to the rest of the material, not to be merely descriptive. For someone with a radio background this can be a problem, but Dinah shows that she is attuned to the way different types of programmes are constructed.
And as someone with a current affairs background, she is well used to adapting and changing material at speed to improve the product.

Dinah's voice is sophisticated and confident but still warm and friendly. I have found Dinah to be consistently professional and efficient. Dinah continues to be one of my most reliable and effective voiceover artists, across many different projects.PastPorte
