Extensive experience with Call Center, Auto Attendants and message prompts.
Currently provide the "voice" for over 85 call centers with over 500 call center announcement (scripts) IVR and auto attendants recorded and in production at Toyota Motor Sales corporate office in California and regional offices throughout the U.S. Used in departments such as Customer Service, Warranty, Technical Support, PR, University of Toyota, Human Resources, Security, Vehicle Services, Distribution Centers and various helpdesks. In addition I am the voice of voicemail broadcast messages that reach the Toyota campus via the phone system. The voice for the University of Toyota kisoks, recording messages for students entering the center kiosk, providing directions and class information. Additionally record Broadcast Voicemail announcements to over 3500 voicemail boxes. I am able to perform well under pressure and perform to expedited deadlines.
