Hi! I guess this is where I toot my own horn a bit, but as my mama used to say, "If you don't, who will?"
If you aren't interested in hearing my credentials and would just like to see me work, there are a few video reels of me in the studio at https://www.facebook.com/markrickerbyvoiceactor
Horn tooting begins here -
I'm a recording artist, classically trained actor, songwriter, published author (including eleven Chicken Soup for the Soul titles) and screenwriter, but I have a special love for voice work, including impersonations, dialects and cartoons. I can do such wacky things with my voice, people in the room often do double-takes, fearing I have become possessed.
When I told those who have known me the longest that I was getting into voiceover work, they all said, "Well, of course you are! Why didn't you get into it sooner, turkey?" The answer, of course, is that "life happened" but all that living just made me a better actor. There's no better wellspring to draw from than real experience, right?
I bring boundless energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to every project and will work my patoot off to make sure your project is a smash hit. I promise.

Perfectionist. I obsess until it's perfect. Strong work ethic. Anything less than 100% effort and commitment is a shameful disservice to my employer. I'm not only in this business to make money, I'm in it to make a difference.
