If you're looking for a "new voice", then look no further! I was born and raised in a sleepy town in Britain where I spent most of my youth plotting how to escape! I have since lived, studied and worked for many years in Italy, China and Australia and am currently a happy resident of New York. I was a member of the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain in my teens and have been involved in many amateur theatre productions over the years, as well as working as a language teacher, writer and a cross-cultural trainer.
I’ve had a long-time passion for working with my voice and in Italy recorded English language tapes for students and worked as a presenter on a radio program for young people in the UK. I have a neutral British accent, can do some regional accents, can change my vowels to sound Australian and can also speak fluent Italian and Mandarin Chinese if you ever have a call for those languages spoken by a non-native!
If you like what you hear, I’d love to hear from you! My passion is audiobooks and I am a sought-after reader by my students and the many children in my extended family. I also love educational work, podcasts, documentaries and animation, but I relish the opportunity to audition for any kind of VO projects that require an interesting, upbeat, positive-sounding voice!
