With over 20 years of experience in studio and on stage, in film and commercial as a singer and actress as well as having taught and coached many singers of all ages, let me offer you my skills and flexibility to voice the message you want and need!
Do you need a highly technical read?
My training at Hahnemann University (now Drexel University College of Medicine) has prepared me to work with highly sophisticated medical, scientific and psychological terminology.
How about something funny?
I love performing comedy! Aside from being naturally funny, I’ve written and performed funny songs and played funny characters, including a wacky waitress and a frustrated and jilted girlfriend in the comedies of David Ives.
Animated reads anyone?
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve enjoyed impersonating people, imitating animals, and making sound effects. People loved the sound effects I did for a staged mock live radio drama version of the immortal Frank Capra film, It’s a Wonderful Life. I also create quirky voices for fanciful characters. Take a listen to my Talking Apple sample on the profile!
Need a range of ages?
I do voices for a wide range of ages. When I performed in a staged mock live radio drama version of the immortal Frank Capra film, It’s a Wonderful Life. I played the voice of a 20-year-old vixen (Violet Bick), a 50-year-old housewife (Mrs. Thompson), and a 4-year-old girl (Zuzu).
Need someone to narrate an audiobook, documentary, or website? I can do that, too! Most recently, I performed the role of the non-singing narrator/poet for an America Opera Theater project. Last year, I performed a narrator-like role in a Philadelphia Fringe Festival performance by entertainer/juggler/magician, Dave Smith. As the voice of his unseen therapist, I helped Dave tell his story to the audience.
Sunday, Sunday, Sunday!
Looking for someone to record one of those over-the-top voiceovers that lets your audience know about all the fun and excitement that awaits them? I can do that, too! Check out my voice-over publicizing the Long Island Sports Fishing Show and Auction. It’s in the demo section of my profile.

Jessica Paterik for Job #18558 How food changes us Sharon did such a wonderful job on our VO. There was a specific style that we needed and she delivered! We went through a few rounds of revisions, and Sharon was able to give us a very professional read with quick turnaround. I would definitely hire her again!Mar 12, 2010
