“A warm, comfortable, believable voice with just a hint of whimsy” – Heidi Morgan
Dan brings a wealth of voiceover/narrative experience and extensive technical know-how together to provide the highest quality voiceovers: quickly, professionally, and with your specific voiceover needs in mind.
With a background consisting of such diverse roles as consulting engineer, commercial pilot, professional musician, business owner, technical adviser, hang gliding instructor, and even taxi driver, Dan brings a truly eclectic blend to the voice acting table.
These various experiences allow Dan to incorporate many voice styles to a project; professional, friendly, educational, conversational, warm, concerned, gravelly, caring, smooth, believable, soft-spoken, even funny and silly with a "guy-next-door" quality.

Dan has a lifetime of professional experience using his voice.
He started his voice acting career at the tender age of 10 years old, voicing educational audio tapes (yes, tapes) for the California public school system. As an adult, he provided—and continues to provide educational, employee training, technical, and narrative voiceovers for corporate, business, internet, e-learning, and commercial clients.
Dan is able to weave his voice styles into rich, entertaining blends for audiobooks, documentaries, and various commercial and online projects.
In the early online broadcasting world, Dan was called upon to add a voice to burgeoning websites; podcasting in its infancy, so to speak.
As an aside, he volunteered for several years as a crisis clinic hotline phone operater. “I worked the weekend grave shift” he recalls. “The clinic supervisor felt my happy yet calming voice and uplifting manner of speech were perfect for that time of day.”

"Clients need to be assured that the talent they have chosen will deliver what they want, when they want it. In short, a high-quality read, a quick turnaround time, and seamless communication with the client. These elements are crucial to the success of any project."
As a business owner and engineering professional, Dan is acutely aware of the idea that any project is an aggregate of many entities; individuals, groups, organizations, etc. all contributing to--and striving for--successful project completion.
As a voice talent, he understands that as a contributing entity to a project, the responsibility to provide his part—namely, the voice—to the client as they envision it is paramount.
