Simon DeVay

Although I'm only an amateur DJ, I'm sure that liking what I hear counts as a testimonial. Simon DeVay's voice is captivating to say the least. When he talks, I listen. He has a commanding quality in the way he articulates his words and the strength of his voice makes people take notice. A perfect example of this is a validation from my son. I was broadcasting my radio show when Simon's advert for the MMORPG came on. My son (who can sometimes be oblivious to things going on around him), was walking through the room and stopped in his tracks. He looked at me and said... "Wow, he's really good!" Now, if anyone knew my son, they would know that his comment was purely spontaneous and sincere.

I hear Simon when he is DJ, and have seen and heard Simon on YouTube. Also, I have heard his commercial for Big Industries in association with Entropia Universe contest commercial. It is immediately obvious that his voice is very attractive to heterosexual females. But, his voice is also much more then that.

For me his voice has wide appeal - it is rugged and masculine. I can hear clearly what he is saying. He has an appealing voice that can move from action-hero to doting father or playing the part of a gangster. He can sound playful, or vulnerable and all things in-between that he wants to sound like. His voice is magnetic and compelling. Simon has good mastery over his vocal cords. His voice has variety and he emotes well. I find him very convincing and believable. He could sell me anything! :-)
Having seen him on YouTube I would also enjoy seeing him on TV :-)
