Melissa is a pro in every way. She communicated about the script and process clearly, in a timely fashion and always followed up as she described she would. Indeed, she's a great communicator. Her voice is amazing, her timing perfect, and the tone is just what I had hoped for. The turnaround was amazingly quick and the quality of the final product was superb. If I ever need voice over work again, I'll seek out Melissa, for sure. She's the proverbial one in a gazillion!
