Hey Nicky,
Thanks so much for sending me your VO...really nice! I've been working your takes and putting them into the film. One particular take works really well in terms of the tone of your voice and the timing in relation to the characters on screen so I will approve the final payment.

I'm going to touch base with my Sound Editor/Re-mixer next week to see when he can work on the film. I'm trying to finish up various things before I provided all the materials to him. I think we'll be good unless my Sound Editor requests for you to do it again, but I think we'll be covered with the other takes you did.
