Overview

I work in the financial industry (it gets better, I promise) in learning and development. I'm able to unleash my creative side in designing and creating learning for my colleagues. This includes recording voiceovers for animated videos (5 so far) and starring in some instructional videos (2 so far). After being told by many people that I've got a soft voice for easy listening, and that I should do audio books, I realised perhaps this IS something I could do.

I've always been a bookworm, and the idea that I could read books for a living is incredible! It could even give me the time to get writing my own.

As you might have gathered, I would love to read books. Children's books would be great fun and I personally love to read fantasy, crime, Sci fi and thrillers, but a book's a book, and I'll be happy reading most things.

Whilst my dream for the future mainly consists of reading, I would also love to be considered for animations and educational ventures.

Other relevant experience in addition to the above:
-I spent 5 years in a call center so am experienced on the telephone, and the professional voice that is needed with it.
-I have spent 6 and a half years in a professional, financial business environment so am experienced in the language of business
-I have also been on my company's radio, where the presenter told me I had a great voice for radio.
