Overview

Hi, my name is Sergio Veraza and I am from Mexico (I am typing in english but also handle spanish jobs). Along my career as an entrepreneur, I've made video ads for my products and for other companies. Back in 2018, I was working as a phone agent and the customers were constantly telling me that they liked my voice. So I put attention on that skill and searched about it. In 2019 I was hired by a company to be the one in charge of the Customer Service' department, but on my first day they told me to record myself to see how my voice sounded on a speaker. They really liked the result, so my main tasks were about narration. They asked me to record more than 7 e-learning videos and the official company's ad which is still uploaded in their website and social media profiles. On August 2019, I had the chance to create my own online course and uploaded it to Udemy's platform. The video format that I choose for that project was voice over with images and screen recordings. The result was really interesting, taking advantage of that hidden skill and testing the viability of becoming a voice actor. In the beginning of 2020, I left that first company where I worked for as a voice actor and entered to other company, which also told me to make their own official ad, which stills available in the internet. So I became a voice actor thanks to the people around me that were constantly telling me that my voice was good for this industry.
