If you're familiar with the movie inside out, you're also most likely familiar with the way our feelings and emotions work. The emotions we feel such as happiness, anger, sadness, fear and disgust are actually caused by chemicals, which our body produces. These chemicals air called Horman's and they act like messengers in our body, which helps us experience different types of feelings, such as those characters shown in the movie. We have our serotonin, which stabilizes your mood and can be referred to as the happy hormone. You also have dopamine, which is our pleasure hormone. This type of chemical allows us to feel rewarded. So if you're wondering why using your phone gives you satisfaction, it's most likely because your brain releases dopamine and allows you to feel happy whenever you play games or talk to your friends. Lastly, we have oxytocin, which can be referred to as the love hormone. This chemical allows us to trust others and as well as film warmth with them. Did you know that the oxytocin levels in her body increased when we hug people? Maybe that's the reason why Olaf, things of hugs us something warm. These air just common hormones we have. But in reality our body actually produces a lot. Aside from thes, we also have chemicals which are involved in lots of processes in our body, such as heart rate, digestion and, most of all, reproduction.
