Amanda here, life is hard and the emotions that come along with it can be overwhelming, which is why I'm here to help you learn how to feel your feelings. I have a lot to share and I cannot wait to get started. Hey, this is learning to feel with Amanda and I'm your host, Amanda. The purpose of this first episode is to let you know what to expect from the conversations to come. Human life is full of peaks and valleys, ups and downs, good times and bad. Each of these seasons provide different life lessons to help you prepare for the next one. I've had some amazing highs and some devastating lows, but each of these seasons I have learned lessons and grew as a person. This podcast is my effort to gather up the knowledge I've gained and share those insights with you to give you some tools for your toolbox. Some of the topics that we will be discussing on learning to feel include trauma and loss, dealing with grief and anxiety, especially during those difficult seasons. The importance of your mental health finding and protecting your peace creating and living with boundaries, parenting and step family, life, marriage and love languages, imposter syndrome and so much more. I'm certainly no expert on any of these topics, but I can provide a real life perspective from situations. I've experienced everyone's path and journey is different and I'm so thankful that our paths have crossed here today, I promise to show up to be real and to do my best to help you walk your own path. There are so many wonderful things in this universe and sometimes we get bogged down by the negativity. So I hope that this podcast gives you a little light, a new perspective and some comfort knowing that your feelings are valid and that you're not alone. Please come back and tune in for the next episode. And any others that you are drawn towards. My hope is that you leave each conversation feeling connected full of energy and better prepared for your day than when you started. Until next time you are seen, you are loved and you matter.
