I enjoy writing and I’m a professional classically trained chef. So my career has always landed me in creative spaces.
I’ve been consistently writing since I found a love for reading as I feel they go hand in hand. I continue to expand my horizons in the types of writing I’ve developed into over the years and it’s all positive all growth should be.
As a personal chef I’ve worked for a client for over 4 years and created and developed new dishes for 85% of her meals. The only repeats would be at large parties and when she wanted to share specific meals with her friends and family. Imagine the creativity in making lunch and dinner experiences an adventure every day. Never knowing what the meal will be until you look at the menu, and then loving it!
