I don't want to wait around with no control over my future. Sitting and holding out for the day that someone will just tap me on the head and say goose. Why should I wait for them to tell me I'm different. I have all these ideas as to how I want my life to be and what should happen. But actually taking control is paralyzing, even just as an idea. So for now I'll just sit and watch them play God circling around us, tapping other people on the head. I watch as these ducks pretend to be geese struggling to keep up. I know I could keep up. I know I could maybe if I repeat it enough times to myself, I'll start believing it.
