Dixon McMakin

I am a lawyer and financial advisor with Altus Wealth Management. I'm a 2009 graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU) with a Bachelor of General Studies. He continued his education at LSU where he obtained his Master of Business Administration from the E.J. Ourso College of Business Flores MBA Program and his Juris Doctorate from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2013.
I have been recognized in the Baton Rouge community for his fellowship, leadership, scholarship and service by being recognized as a 2015 Baton Rouge Top 40 Under 40, the 2015 St. Aloysius School Distinguished Graduate, 2015 Baton Rouge Best Dressed and Big Buddy Dancing with the Stars contestant.
I serve as ‘The Voice ‘of the Catholic High School athletics program and has previously emceed the ALS Walk to Remember, CHS Lip Sync Battle, Heritage Ranch Gala, Bust Breast Cancer Ball and Le Cercle de Bacchus Presentation Ball.
