Hi. My name is Derrick with game Smith, and I'm here to show you some tools that not only will help you identify the elite in games, but also help reduce your costs and timeto higher recruiting and games is extremely difficult and time consuming. Help what? That I'd like to show you a feature we call the global view. The global view is a really time window into who is actively looking for new opportunities within the digital entertainment field. To find the global view, you wanna click your profile in the upper right click at its studio, they're populate a the back end of your account, where some additional tabs open up there you will see the global view Click into the global view. Now this populates the 20 most recent makers on game Smith who have updated their availability. This list is always moving and changing and should be checked at least once a week. If you find someone that looks interesting, click their name. They're populates a snapshot of their background toe, where you can download their resume if they've attached it, see the games they've worked on and copy their contact information. Now let's say you want to reach back out at a later date, go back out to the list the yellow arrow to the right of their name. Click it. You're able to then attach that individual to an open role that you have. Once you've done so, it'll let you know that the applicant has been moved and saved successfully. Now go back up to the tabs of your back end and click job postings. Here you can track all of your job postings, and applicants have applied to your roles. Scroll on down to the job that you have added the maker, too. Click show applicants, and there you can see the individual that has been saved again. You can click into that individual to get a snapshot, download their resume and reach out. That concludes our section on the global view.
