Derek Knapp

Welcome to my profile! I am a 5th Generation Texan that lives on my ranch, where my wife and I raise Texas Longhorns. I served in the US Army for 10 years as an Infantry Officer and Airborne Ranger. I am a keynote speaker, and my talks talk center around my combat experience and how working with horses and helping found a non-profit help me work through my combat trauma. I am currently working on two audiobooks and some informational commercials for a major university here in Texas. I enjoy doing western novels and can use my accent to make the work sound more genuine and helps with my storytelling side of my voice.
