this 16 story building was designed in French Renaissance style by See Howard Crane and Kenneth Frahn Time. It was built in 1924 and converted to co op in 1945 3 story. Limestone base is distinctly notable on the side street entryway, with tripartite over art surrounds and richly decorated.
