I was recently chosen as The Voice of Caterpillar for their e-Learning Series Nov, 2014

Alumni of The Second City e.t.c. (1989) extensive experience in all manner of VO, characters and aural stimulation.

I am also a professional singer, musician and comedian with an ear for timing and delivery -- entertaining clients and guests all over the USA for trade shows, association and corporate events.

Married for close to 30 years with 4 grown children. We recently downsized to a small 2 bedroom. I told my wife, \"Please don't tell the children where we moved.\" But, as usual, she prevailed. Now I see them more than when they lived upstairs.

Voice Over

I've got a strong voice; deep baritone with a good range up to a solid tenor. I've been doing impersonations and characters my whole life. Just ask my family. I was the 3rd of 6 kids. So I had to do something to get noticed.

I've got the chops and the experience to deliver, In Time, On Time, All The Time.

If you need a foreign accent or an American colloquialism, from Middle Eastern to Eastern European; from Midwest to Old West; Let me provide the voices for production of your animations, product demos, explainer videos, commercials, trailers, internet, multi media, documentary, educational films, industrials, for broadcast or internet; a corporate piece for spots or in house.

I am a married father of 4 grown children. My wife Amber and I have been together for over 30 years and we still like each other a lot. We are now empty nesters and enjoy travelling the world, riding bikes, going for hikes, large bodies of water, expansive golf courses, bikram yoga and really tasty food. We recently went scuba diving for the first time ever on a trip to the Caribbean and I think we will be doing that again -- a lot!

Put me on your favorites list. Then let's talk about making your next project your best ever.

Voice Over Testimonials

While developing a new series of self-paced E-Learning courses for our clients at Caterpillar, it was requested that we provide a new voice to narrate the content.

After listening to demo clips from several professional narrators throughout the Midwest, Cat selected Dan Gillogly to be the common “voice” used in their latest generation of training for heavy equipment operators.

Now that we have completed several of the new training programs, we have found that Dan is well-versed in technical terminology and was ready-to-go right out of the box.

He provides timely status updates and delivers the final mp3 files on schedule. The clients are extremely happy and we fully expect this to be an ongoing relationship.
