If your group cancels its trip for reasons beyond its control, will be your advocate to get you the highest refund possible. We know that sometimes situations arise and things need to change. If you are more than 90 days away from your trips departure date, your trip will be 100% refunded less any non refundable payments made to our vendors. If you're 90 days or less from your trip, we've still got your back. You'll receive a refund less those non refundable payments and a small service charge. And don't worry, we'll remind you when large non refundable payments are being made for your trip. I'm not sure if your trip is protected.
