daisy's bad day. I ratcheted my smile up several notches and added some extra swing to my hips. I had to make sure that every I was on me ****** was standing by and bo didn't have much time before he needed to gate crash the courthouse. It was now or never. My plan had to work. I twirled a lock of my blond hair that had fallen from my ponytail around my finger and batted my eyelashes at the middle aged balding cop in front of me. His deputy was beside him, but I made sure to focus most of my attention on his boss, smiling as if he were the most welcome sight in the world. I ran my hands over my brown suede vest and said, excuse me, officers. My car broke down up the street. I pointed over my shoulder, turning slightly and feeling my holsters shift on my hips. My Ruger's were mainly for show but I'd use them if I had to. Turning back, I fiddled with the sleeves of my checked shirt and batted my eyelashes again, it's just back there. I was wondering if y'all could help me out. I made sure to keep my voice high pitched and hopeful the little girl act never failed to appeal to officers. They couldn't resist a damsel in distress and I found I found myself wondering if it was genetic, it even worked on the nose. Why, yes, ma'am, the balding guy replied, I saw that his name tag said he was called Richie. He bounced on his heels and a grinned, looking around to invite everyone to join in. I had to draw them all away. If even one stage, we were all screwed, we'll be happy to, won't we, boys, Ritchie added, and his colleagues cheered. I squeezed my arms into the sides of my boobs, highlighting the crease that formed in the front of my shirt where it sat under my vest top. My bandana was soft against my neck and as I tilted my head back, ******'s hat blocked the sun from my eyes. I smiled up at the officer. Oh, you're so sweet, Richie grinned. I already had him hooked. Let's go. This was too easy. I heard a scuffle to my right and frowned halt. I didn't recognize the voice, but I inwardly groaned. It was female, tough **** honey, she said, and I had to stop myself from sneering. No one talked to me like that, you go fix your own car, ain't no one going anywhere. I took a closer look at her uniform. She was a state trooper. As she turned back to the men, I saw the word kim on her name tag. The look of exasperation on her face was clear. What the **** are you all doing? Yeah, yeah. The end
