Through my career as a CSE in US/ UAE and Oman transaction monitoring I have gathered process knowledge and a broad knowledge about money laundering and the anti-money laundering tools used by HSBC. While I was learning about the processes I have promoted as a section coach in Oman. Once I took over this role I have got opportunities to interact with GSC/country/ regional stakeholders which was helped me to enhance my communication skills. Further with the guidance of AMO, I have conducted team admin activities such as conducting DD, conduction QC, coaching sessions and process related feedback sessions. Overall I am expecting a growth in HSBC while enhancing my skills daily basis where possible. Therefore I strongly believe that my skills can be better utilized in voices.com
