When using the cove in 19 rapid test kit, you must first allow the kit, specimen buffer and controls to reach room temperature. Prior to administrating the test, you must use the test kit within one hour of removing it from the sealed pouch. Place the test kit on a clean and level surface. Using either a dropper or micro Pipat, transfer approximately 10 micro leaders of the specimen to the specimen. Well, then add two drops of buffer. Approximately 80 micro leaders to the buffer well, start the timer and read the result after 10 minutes. Do not interpret the results.
