This meditation will take just a few minutes and it will provide a refreshing healing break in your day. A small gift you can give yourself to begin make yourself comfortable either sitting or lying down. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and feel yourself sinking into your surroundings. Take another deep breath in and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax and surrender to this moment. Imagine your next breath is coming from the bottom of your left foot and as you breathe in, your breath travels up the left side of your body to the top of your head. As you exhale, imagine your breath is traveling from the top of your head down the right side of your body to the bottom of your right foot.
