Once we decide to make that choice, being a positive becomes a habit. When we meet someone, for example, we'll listen to find something good about what they are doing, because sooner or later they will tell us if you stay tuned, you will always hear good things because everybody wants to do a little bragging. So if we express interest and listen, we will get close about good things they are trying to do. Then we can respond with a positive phrase that left, You can do it. Thank you. I'm so proud of you. The words simply flow out of your after a while. A positive frame of mind changes you and how you think enabling you to lift up other people. You begin to see goodness and therefore you begin to feel better about everything, including yourself and the positive things you are doing. All of this self esteem comes simply from developing the habit of looking good in others. When that happens, you begin to see good in yourself as well, and then people begin to recognize that good in you and praise you for it. It becomes self fulfilling
