Overview

Fairly deep, either a high bass or a low baritone. Naturally loud with good projection. Very slight natural New York accent (i.e. I say "Harry, Barry and Larry," not the Midwestern "Hairy, Bairy and Lairy").

Range-wise, I can go anywhere from deep and raspy or breathy (think evil characters or summer blockbuster movie trailer narrators) to higher-pitched and casual or goofy (think silly beer commercials or crazy sidekick-type characters). I can also do strange voices, much like, say, Hank Azaria does.

My specialties are accents and vocal mimicry, both of which I do for fun, anyway. For example, I can do over half a dozen voices from The Simpsons, from Mr. Burns and Chief Wiggum to Barney and Apu. Being a gaming geek, I also like to use the fact that I can do nearly all the male voices in the Soul Calibur series as another example of my vocal range.

I studied in Japan during college, as well, so I speak decently fluent Japanese. I'd really like to do dub work for anime or video games one day, since I can understand the original language track and therefore have a better sense of the feeling the original actor was trying to convey.
