small emotions are feelings. We notice that it doesn't really affect our behaviors thinking or mood. So, for example, a small emotion could be your happy while playing Lagos. Or you get a little bit bothered by your sibling making a strange noise, but you are able toe walk away and move on. Big emotions are feelings that we seem to lose control over. Big emotions can really influence our behaviors thinking and mood. For example, you are so excited that your best friend is coming to the house, that you start jumping around with joy and running around everywhere because you can't wait to play with them. Or you realized you lost your favorite stuffed animal of all time and you can't help but feel so sad it slipped to the ground is just cry.
