Here's another breathing practice that we can dio. But this one's my favorite. Do you see that in the middle? Yeah, that's a delicious doughnut. And I know when I use this, I also think about my favorite donut from Dunkin Donuts. So as that delicious, yummy doughnut expands, I want you to breathe in through your nose and then as that delicious, yummy donut get so small, I want you to breathe out of your mouth. But then think about how delicious in good that donut taste. Okay, so we're going to practice once it gets back down to the little one. Now, breathe in. Breathe out. One more breathing. Hmm. Let me don't know. Yummy. Dona, breathe out. Oh, that don't taste so good, huh? That's a good one.
