You've likely been thinking it for years, unsure of what to do with that sentiment. And now you're here, book in hand with a uniquely tailored opportunity. This book started as a collection of personal hand written notes. They were the ideas, insights, questions and answers I came across in my dedicated pursuit of a better life. I originally compiled these notes for myself, but apparently I wrote them for you, too. A few years back, I kicked off an intense search for ways to ease the stress, harassing my mind and the physical ailments plaguing my body, and I discovered a trove of awesome stuff. Rich insights and powerful practices were hidden in some ordinary places and also, in some strange ones myself, experiments when the little extreme. That progression will feed directly into practical strategies regarding work, play in relationships. By the end, you will be, um, or calculated, more fulfilled, healthier and stronger person. I encourage you to spend adequate time in each chapter and practice the methods within until becoming proficient. Resist the urge to fly through the material. This is not a race, and consciousness should come before habits. Some might need to spend weeks, if not months on a given chapter. Allow time to ponder, understand and implement the concepts. We create lasting change by taking control of the things that control our behaviors. We modify inputs to improve outputs. If you pick this up because a single chapter interests you welcome reading and applying.
