There's a new head teacher with a new plan, but when you're dealing with teenagers lives, never straightforward. We filmed over a year to find out what life is really like in one of our secondary schools, for the teachers and the kids. At the very start of adult life, Mr. Mitchell is the new head teacher at Thornhill Community Academy. He started in the job 18 months ago, and ever since he's been on a mission to drive up standards.
