it could do. Just a short ride. Away from Lagos is Africa's fastest growing city, on the centre of a hot spot for malaria. Here and elsewhere in Nigeria, researchers like Dr Christian Happy are studying how to prevent antimalarial resistance using samples collected from patients infected with malaria. Doctor Happy is identifying and mapping where genetic indicators of resistance appear so that he can create an early warning system for the country. Is a science led global healthcare company with a mission. We want to help people do more, feel better, live longer. The vaccines, medicines and consumer healthcare products we research and develop can improve people's health and well being, ultimately helping them to live life to its fullest. Our mission is to ask our employees to consider what they can do to help everyone who relies on the products we make. This's why every day our scientists search for new ways to improve the treatment of diseases and illnesses. The heart is a remarkable organ. It is a muscle that relaxes and contracts pumping blood, carrying oxygen and nutrients throughout the body. Steady rhythm of these contractions is controlled by electrical impulses that travel through the hut first through the upper chambers, called the Atria, and then through the lower chambers called the ventricles. In order to reach the ventricles, electrical impulses must pass here at the Atria ventricular node.
