It all started with 12 notes and 12 sheets of music, all delivered to my health at the stroke of midnight by a different delivery man. There is no return address, no name, not one single piece of identifying information. At first I thought it was a mistake. Then I thought it was romantic. Then I got chills. Finally, I decided to find my mystery musician, my mystery man, who didn't want to be found. I'll tell you now, he's not who you think he is. Don't get caught up in the trap. Blinded by the light, mesmerized by the music, haunted by his eyes, tantalized by his words, drawn in by his heart ache. I thought I knew I thought I had it all figured out. And then, poof, I was wrong. I'm standing here now with one last note. Ah, 13th. Note, if you will, and I'm waiting for the stroke of midnight before I read it for sentimental reasons. That's what he would have wanted, I think. You see, I thought I had it all figured out. I thought I knew I should have walked away. No, not what. I should have run as fast as I could. And as far as I could, I should have ripped up the notes, but I didn't. The simple fact is I loved him. I loved him purely, simply and deeply with every fiber of my being. And that's why I'm here. That's why you're here. I'm scared to open this last note because I know they were never from helm. You see this as I said before, he's not who I thought he was. My mystery musician turned out to be another guy. Looking back, I should have realized if I were to start from the beginning again. I think I did it right this time. Let's see how you dio.
