I've always been a stickler for organization. This is how I used to organize my systems. Excel spreadsheets, sticky notes, calendars. It worked kind of. I always felt like I might be forgetting something. I was rewriting basically the same emails over and over again. I was always looking for contact information. I thought there must be a better way.
