Simon Wells narrative riel. When a man is tired of London, he is tired of life, for there is in London a LL that life can afford. Dr. Samuel Johnson made this famous statement in 17 seventies heaven, when much of London was still open. Countryside on the population was a fraction of what it is now. What began as a Roman trading port nearly 2000 years ago today covers over 600 square miles and is home to more than seven million people. London was not built toe one grand design but grew up piecemeal over the centuries, according to the affluence philanthropy on a whim of its citizens, it's grander buildings on monumental. It's parks magnificent and its boulevards stately. But it's also a city crammed with hidden gems on curios, cobbled back streets, tiny museums and eccentric architecture. Despite a wing span of almost 2.5 metres, this golden eagle hides its presence against the mountain slopes, hoping to catch its prey off guard. The remains of this majestic bird of prey range from the highest peaks to the deepest valleys and cover a hunting territory of upto 100 square kilometres, unrivalled predator feeds on a wide range of prey, including many species of birds, reptiles and small mammals. It hunts at low altitude, sticking close to the mountainside with its language flight, then suddenly diving into a potential prey.
