Ben built his first home voiceover studio in 1997. At that time, such things simply were not done. But, he proceeded to produce literally thousands of radio & TV spots for small and medium market clients. A veteran of 10 years in radio, he was already adept at authoritative 'announcer' and booming hard sell and rock concert promotions. He soon developed a warm and fuzzy, yet genuine conversational style and authoritative narrator delivery. His crazy sense of humor and copy writing skills led to the development of a zany cast of character voices as well... including Santa and the Elf, the grizzled Old-Timer, the exaggerated, stentorian Announcer, the Chicago Dog, Ogg the Caveman, and more. He also produced myriad telephone and corporate projects and voiced the pioneering Happy and Max series of childrens' multimedia books on CD for Jamsa Press. Inactive for the last few years, Ben is at it again, ensconced in a state-of-the-art studio in suburban Houston, Texas. Ben's philosophy is simple: Never blend in!
