I work professionally in Customer Success, regularly speaking with customers to train them how to use our software and how best to utilitise it for their business. Part of this is creating webinars, training videos as well as marketing material. This crosses over with the work I do as a voice over talent, providing my skills to other companies.

What got me into this? Well having studied drama, I got very interested in radio plays and start to write and record them. I would frequently be asked to record answer phone message and IVR audio of the companies telephone systems. Having stepped away from my artisitic side for a while, I decided to get back into it and launched a podcast which I co-host with friends I met during my time at university.

After producing content for my employee at the time and recording advert audio for online radio stations, I am now able to offer my services to you.
