Hi! I'm Diana and I have been interested in voiceover work since I was a little girl who would make up commercials for whatever I was holding in front of the bathroom mirror! Prior to pursuing voice coaching and recording my demos, I lent my voice to a phone tree for a UCC church in New Hampshire, as well as to a video tutorial I created for my day job as a STEM librarian. People all over the agency asked me who provided the narration and were impressed when I told them it was me with a sweater over my head and the mic to reduce background noise! Other job experience over the years has included teaching English (abroad and in the USA) to speakers of other languages, teaching basic literacy courses to adults, and GRE tutoring. As a librarian, I encounter a lot of technical information and must learn a great deal of terminology to conduct reference interviews with some of the brightest people I've ever known. When conducting research, I learn a lot about various fields of science and engineering. I have a love for minutiae, puzzles, wordplay, and trivia, and have found that you never quite know when a piece of info will come in handy -- and often in the most unexpected context. I believe my voiceover clients will find my range of situational understanding very beneficial to their needs.
