I've worked with Kristina for multiple projects now, and every time she has been nothing but the perfect professional and a fantastic performer. Not only is she consistently prompt, communicative and rapid in her turnaround but:
(a) Her performances are great. Thus far, we've asked for projects with multiple tones, styles and attitudes. In fact, in this project we asked her to shift between these tones over the course of the narration. She did so smoothly, subtly -- and in many cases made appropriate choices not based on micromanaged instructions, but based on actually reading and comprehending the content.
[b] She takes direction well. I've rarely had her not nail it on the first or second take. But when tweaks are needed, she's never complained and always both comprehends and delivers based on the feedback. She often goes above and beyond, as in this project where she provided a third take with slight modulations to ensure that we could mix and match to create the perfect performance.
[c] Here production quality is great. Clear sound files with professional audio production.
Needless to say, there's a reason I go back to her consistently when projects come up. Not only for her quality voice that we can adapt to many situations, but for her overall professionalism.
