This is the second time we've worked with Helen and again she was wonderfully professional throughout. She delivered on-time exactly what we agreed to, and the file quality was spot-on. She matched levels to the previous recording and was able to deliver it with the same style/flow as before, which helps to keep the experience seamless for the listeners. She communicated well throughout and checked with us on how to pronounce key terms and acronyms. And of course she has a wonderful voice that brightens up even the most dreary of scripts.
