This review isn't geared towards Ian Callander, it's directed towards kevin Arriola. This was a very bad experience for me as a small business owner and an entrepreneur myself I think it is key to always communicate with talent and client and stay consistent in the process. Unfortunately that was not the case in this project files were delivered at the timely date and communications ceased for 3 months. I had to call three or four times to customer service and send out multiple emails to get this closed out. In my opinion the way this project was conducted is a poor reflection on voices.com and I hope this doesn't continue. If there's someone delegating between client and talent communication needs to always be consistent that is key to running a successful business.
