Hey, Michael.

Here'ya go:

A 'Check Mark' is a job that needs to be seen, therefore the client or casting director wants has paid extra to keep it at the top or atleast highlighted.

A 'Padlock' is a private job that you've been invited to, but not always exclusively to you.

A 'Thumbs up' is an audition you've submitted that the casting director or client likes. It's not an indicator that you got the gig, just means you're in the next tier to be considered.
